The OKKI Products Activity Application Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is a binding agreement between Alibaba.com Singapore E-Commerce Private Limited and/or its affiliated companies (hereinafter referred to as "Alibaba.com PTE. LTD.") and users (hereinafter referred to as the "User" or "You") who apply to participate in activities provided by Alibaba.com PTE. LTD. This Agreement governs your participation in the relevant online activities offered by Alibaba.com PTE. LTD. Please read the entire content of this Agreement carefully (especially the content highlighted in bold and underlined). If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement or cannot fully understand any provision, please do not apply for the relevant activities.
The "activities" referred to in this Agreement refers to various online activities organized by Alibaba.com PTE. LTD., including but not limited to product demonstration experiences, free Q&A sessions, live-streamed courses, promotions through official websites, information application and download, etc. Alibaba.com PTE. LTD. aims to introduce its company to foreign trade enterprises, promote its OKKI products and/or services, and drive traffic to these products and/or services through the above-mentioned activities. This Agreement applies to your participation in the aforementioned activities by means of filling in relevant information online or by scanning a QR code.
You agree that Alibaba.com PTE. LTD. may collect and use your name, company name, phone number, email address, and your requirements for products/services for the following purposes: to verify your identity during the activity, to confirm your genuine interest in the activity, and to arrange personnel to notify you and provide services when necessary.
You understand and authorize that the above-mentioned information will be used for the following purposes:
(1) Alibaba.com PTE. LTD. and/or its resellers may invite you or your company to participate in the relevant activity.
(2) Alibaba.com PTE. LTD. and/or its resellers may market Alibaba.com PTE. LTD.'s OKKI products and/or services to your company.
(3) Alibaba.com PTE. LTD., its resellers, or service providers demonstrate Alibaba.com PTE. LTD.'s OKKI products and/or services to your company, and provide you with the relevant materials or respond to your inquiries.
(4) You may receive information from Alibaba.com PTE. LTD. and/or its resellers regarding the marketing of Alibaba.com PTE. LTD.'s OKKI-related products and/or services.
You understand and agree that Alibaba.com PTE. LTD. may disclose your personal information to its resellers and service providers for the purposes outlined above. Additionally, Alibaba.com PTE. LTD.'s resellers or service providers may transmit to Alibaba.com PTE. LTD. any communication details between them and you and/or your company, including basic company information learned during the interaction process (e.g., requirements for or usage of foreign trade software).
Alibaba.com PTE. LTD. will comply with Singapore’s personal data protection laws and regulations when collecting and using the above information (for details, see: https://www.ppc.go.jp/enforcement/infoprovision/laws/offshore_report_singapore/). For information on data protection measures, please refer to the OKKI product official website (https://www.okki.jp), including privacy policies, security protocols, and other related disclosures.
If a force majeure event occurs during the performance of this Agreement, including natural disasters such as floods, thunderstorms, earthquakes, etc., and social events such as network failures, wars, riots, government actions, public health emergencies, sudden changes in national policies, strikes, etc., which render one or both parties unable to perform this contract in whole or in part, the party affected by the force majeure shall not be liable, provided that it has fulfilled the necessary notification obligations or there is relevant evidence proving the existence of the force majeure. If a force majeure event or other reasons cause the product demonstration activity to be unable to proceed as scheduled, Alibaba.com PTE.LTD. will notify of cancellation or rescheduling three days in advance.
Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement shall first be resolved through amicable negotiations between the parties. If no resolution is reached through such negotiations, either party may file a lawsuit in the courts of Singapore.
This Agreement becomes effective upon the user completing the registration process by submitting relevant information on the registration page, checking and confirming acceptance of the terms, and submitting the application.
